Cheating is not getting better its getting worse and worse. The Anticheat does not catch players that use subtle cheats wallhacks, aimbots and no recoil.

BigBoy here. I understand your frustration, and if players are cheating, it certainly needs to be dealt with. However, it's also important that accusations are backed up with evidence where possible.
If you come across players you genuinely believe are cheating, try to record gameplay or save video clips and report them through the proper channels. The more information and evidence EA has, the better chance they have of investigating and taking action against players who are breaking the rules.
Hopefully, any confirmed cheaters are identified and removed so everyone can enjoy a fair game.
