I have the same problem. Tried all day to submit a case, but i think it's broken?

Must be, or else o dont know what to do. I have no other option to contact them than this forum.

Also tried that, but they point to the help page to submit a case... and here we are. 70 US$ poorer with are broken game and no solution. 

That is not acceptable, payd for the game, played few weeks And Now suddenly lose Acces? And they can resolve that issue, can give them all the info. Not on the unknown email tho. Hope they can figure this out. Not like we Are only ones who got this problem suddenly. Seen more post about this after the update. I even played yesterday. Only if i can submit ticket or contact them on live support..

Try using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the guide below, and then choose the option to continue as a guest. That usually lets people open a case or have a live chat.

I have the same problem !! Wants me to verify my login but it displays a @outlook.com e-mail  and it's not mine !! 

Sorry to hear that Amadesxxx​. What happens when you use the option to continue as a guest? I just tried it and was offered a live chat, so it should be doing the same for you.

My account has just been disabled for 7 days. I haven't received any emails about my account. I'm trying to create a case, but it doesn't work.

I've had the same problem since this morning... a validation request to confirm my identity, a code that I'm supposed to receive by email but never do...
