Does anyone else get a message like this when you get an autoreply from responding to a rep over Email?

Clarification, i get an email that says.
Hi Anders,
We got your reply to our previous email, but to get help, you’ll need to continue your case through chat.
To do that, follow these steps.
1. Sign in to your EA Account.
2. Go to LINK...
3. Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case to start a chat with an advisor.
Why chat?
Chat connects you directly with an advisor who can pick up where your emails left off.
Heads-up: The only way to continue your case is through chat. We won’t see replies to this email.
