Unable to enter the game on Steam.
It prompts for an UPDATE, but clicking has no effect and displays the message: "An error occurred while launching this game: Game not released."

How can this be resolved?

Hello

I have exactly the same issue. I have tried force quit Steam via task manager,  but no effect.. this is quite frustrating to be honest
