I've been getting disconnected for 2-3 days. How do I fix it?

I already had exclusions on bf6.exe, and I always set them to prevent it from stuttering. But here it's packet loss. I also thought it was an anti-cheat issue, so I updated Javelin. And immediately after updating it, I started having automatic crashes when restarting my PC. So I feel anxious when I open the application to play. It doesn't make me feel safe playing Battlefield now.
