Community ManagerThis didn't work for me on removing the notice in the download, but it did restore a broken EA Connect link in the game where I couldn't see my friends list or messages. The original post did remove it, though, so now both problems are fixed. Thanks all the same!
You're welcome! I spent exactly 2 hours trying to figure it out haha, then it dawned upon me, how do I force Steam to verify a game's files, the only way was by removing the manifest file! I'm glad it's helping people, in more ways than one.
