banned twice

i have been banned once and now my account is locked. i have never used cheats . And when i go to the penalty box it show i have no violation so i cant do appeal. i have bought this game twice because of this stupid stuff. i play on a pc . so is tanticheathis why.

Hi there,

As with the original poster, I wasn’t able to find any Battlefield 6 play history associated with the EA Account linked to your forum profile. Please make sure you’re signed in to the correct EA Account, then check your Penalty History again.

Please also bear in mind that reviews by the Terms of Service team can take some time—potentially 10 days or longer. Depending on the length of the suspension, it may have already expired by the time the review is completed.

This has been my issue as well, I have never cheated but received 3-3 day suspensions then a block due to an “ea user agreeement violation”. When I go to my violation history it is blank so I am not even able to file any sort of appeal. Getting help has been impossible, at this point I may just have to write a letter and hope for the best. I don’t want to have to create a new account and start all over again.
