Battle Pass Pro Bug

I Recently purchased the Pro Pass and haven't received the instant rewards.  I've already restarted the game and the console (PS5) and checked if the pass is active and it shows as active, but the instant rewards aren't appearing in my inventory. What should Ido?

Comprei recentemente o pass pro e não recebi as recompensas instantâneas. Já reiniciei o jogo, a consola (PS5) e já verifiquei se o pass está ativo, porém as recompensas instantâneas não aparecem no inventário, o que devo de fazer?

    Hello there,

    I also purchased the BF Pro on PC, so I got the instant rewards from the Pro section, but did not get the instant rewards from the regular section. 
    This is a bug that requires EA to resync players' accounts, so they can claim those rewards. I redownloaded the entire game, tried finding a "Claim" option, confirmed my purchase, a few other things, but with no luck...
