Hi guys i am having the same issue i have done everything removed fortnite and daemon tools so they dont conflict secure boot enabled hvci enabled vbs enabled I DO NOT CHEAT don't believe in it, if ya cant play the game properly whats the point in playing, no hacks, mods nothing and i have the same account restricted wtf?
I have no warnings nothing never done a thing wrong i checked!
I have been loyal from the start submitted tickets and still no response im going out of my mind here my partner uses the tv so i cannot get on the console I have almost fully completed campain on hardcore too aaaaarrrggh

P.s were any of you on the beta test? I was and just wondered if it was the beta testers that have been hit.

Hi Aljo I have no penaties never been banned never broken the rules just been given the error message can play fine on the Xbox but not on the pc can't even use redsec for free

I have done the required ports mate all still the same I have tried removing fortnite because it says easy cheat interferes with B6 removed deamon tools because that interferes with it and still get the same error I have secure boot enabled TPS 2.0 HVCI enabled and VBS enabled nothing works

Tried LAN, Wi-fi and mobile hotspot same errors occur? I play battlefield 2042 no problems.
I don't see why that would make a difference surely putting it on a mobile hotspot would increase the chances of getting banned because I'm logging on from a different IP to what I normally do?
This is definatly something on EA's end I have no problems with any other games?

Are you playing through Steam or the EA App? If you're on Steam, is your Steam ID different than your EA ID? If so, you could try renaming your Steam ID so it matches the EA ID. I've heard of others with a similar issue.

I'm getting this error as well and it seems there are multiple others posts about this in the forums. I contacted support and they said they are working on a fix but had no ETA.
I downloaded it via the EA App and it was working fine then just started happening after I decided to install it on my xbox as well

Me as well I am level 53 on ps5 but got a new gamming pc with my steam and psn account linked through the EA app and I'm left in the dark. I've started 5 cases and had it escalated to an account manager and still nothing.

I have submitted yet another ticket and still no contact please EA give me a solution its gotta be something on your end ive tried everything even the free play trial dos not work but i put xbox on and its fine??
