Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted? ...

has anyone from EA looked at this? I still have the problem I had from the start?????? I have left it some time to see what happens I am confused

I don't know what else could be causing this. Try opening a case with an advisor so they can check your account for any issues. That can be done by hitting the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
