Repeated system crashes (again)
Hello, back again to say that after yesterday's patch, I am still getting repeated crashes that reboot my system. I'll quote my original thread with the details. It's getting rather frustrating because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create a support ticket for this issue, as the AI "helper" just directs me to self-help topics (of which are no assistance), or directs me to here, when really I'd just like to go through the tried and true process of actually talking to someone, even if it's an email chain, at least then I'd feel like my issue is seen...
Starting back in December, the game has consistently been bluescreening my PC seemingly at random; could be anywhere from 5 minutes from launching the game to 2 hours, the screen could be super busy (explosions everywhere) to nothing going on (a recent bluescreen occured when I was loading into a game), and the windows event viewer returns a bugcheck 1001 error.
I've gone through just about everything I can think of, from rolling back driver updates, cleanly reinstalling them, turning the graphics down to their lowest, I've checked for overheating, bios updates, the whole nine yards and I still can't figure out why it keeps bluescreening.
