Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?  ...

  • Which platform(s) do you own the base game on:  Steam - PC
  • Which platform did you register REDSEC on: PC EA App - PC
  • Which platform shows the “Account Restricted” message: EA App - PC
  • Whether the other platform still works normally: Steam - PC working fine 
  • Roughly when you first saw the issue: Friday, 5 December 2025
