Spawn then cannot drop mines?
Why can I not lay mines when I spawn? I'm not talking about the "too crowded". I spawn, then run around with a mine I cannot drop for a period of time.

I think I see what you mean - I just tried in Breakthrough and I couldn't lay a mine after spawning.
Edit: Weirdly I do seem to be able to lay slams after spawning without any issue.
