Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted? ...

I own the game on PS5 and downloaded Red Sec from the EA Play app on PC.
PS5 version works fine. No restriction. EA Play says account restricted.
I then bought the full game on EA Play on my 2nd account so I had the Full version on PC and deleted Red Sec on OC and re-installed the FULL game on 2nd account.
I then tried to use my account to Log in via EA Play and play the full game using my main 1st account so with all my progress and it still says 'Account Restricted' on PC. On my main Moonswan account.
Come on guys this has gone on forever since release and you still have not worked it out!
