Fps drops? Not smooth

Game has major FPS drops after recent patches or something is wrong.

AMD 9850X, ASUS TUF 5090, fresh Windows, XMP on 6000 MHz. Temps are fine (CPU 75C, GPU 60C). GPU 95 percent usage, CPU 60 to 70 percent.

1440p, high settings, Reflex on, frame generation off. Gsync on, Vsync on in control panel and off in game.

Other games run 230 to 250 FPS stable. BF6 fluctuates 250 down to 160.

Also getting random disconnects mid game.

Is this a game issue or something else?
