i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?

So i changed my email address from an old aol account which i lost access to years ago, really to link from Xbox to PC, as by what i have read, many have done similar. I received the same notification on PC after managing to link the accounts, but EA are still sending the confirmations to the AOL email, again after another lengthy chat with the online advisors i have been pointed here. Has anyone actually got this fixed? Currently seeking full refund or compensation as this is not acceptable after spending good money on this Title!!!!!!

I have an Xbox. Did the same thing because my name is not the same on my xbox as it is my ea. I also do not know why i cannot add my "TQ x" to the front of my name because it "isnt allowed" so I cant fix mine but match your ea name to your ps name and it might resolve it?
Is anyone having a similar issue:
I had played BF6 (Conquest) on steam for about 5 days with no issues (other than the occasional kicked for inactivity even while I was still running around).
Approx 3 nights ago it started to crash to the desktop with no notification.
The following day it started to either CTD or I would receive DirectX function message (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED). I updated my drivers and continued to get this message or the directX (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG) notification. These would happen immediately after my first death each time.
I followed all recommendations I could find - Re-install drivers, update windows, verify game file through steam, check Secure boot, etc, etc. Nothing worked.
I then downloaded the EA App and downloaded the game a second time. When I try log in with EA app, I get the Account Restricted message.
Since the new update EA App access hasn't changed. I can still access the game via steam however I continually get CTD when I try play conquest. I have not tried play another mode.
I'm not tech savvy, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have this same problem, but from steam to EA app - game all of a sudden started crashing from steam, followed all advise to rectify. Last resort was downloading EA app and downloading the game for a second time. When trying to play on EA I get this very same message, however, can access on steam and keep getting directx function crashes!!
Me as well I am level 53 on ps5 but got a new gamming pc with my steam and psn account linked through the EA app and I'm left in the dark. I've started 5 cases and had it escalated to an account manager and still nothing.
