Game changes in the background at fast mouse movements

Hello,

I'm having a problem where, when I make quick mouse movements and press the keys (aim/shoot), my mouse/cursor leaves the game and jumps to the right onto my second monitor. The game then goes into the background, but remains visible and sometimes freezes for several seconds. Only after a short wait can I tab back into the game.

I've already tried the following:
- Repairing the game
- Reinstalling the game
- Switching between windowed and full-screen mode
- Closing all background programs
- Reinstalling GPU driver

There are also threads on Reddit and Steam describing the exact same problem, except that my game doesn't minimize, but goes into the background.

Has anyone found a solution for this? The problem occurs sometimes once a hour, sometimes every 5 minutes.
