Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

I have the same issue I bought the game on my ps5 but am trying to play redsec on GeForce now using the same account as my ps5 account 

Man I'm glad I didn't shell out any money for this, it's broken dooooo your job and fix it, that is what you're paid to do the same as when **bleep** breaks at my place of employment I'm expected to fix it and fix it promptly.

Thats a legit Ban there. Not the same as everyone else is having a problem with

• Which platform did you register REDSEC on: Xbox Series X
• Which platform shows the “Account Restricted” message: PC
• Whether the other platform still works normally
• Roughly when you first saw the issue: November 25, 2025

Did you read my post or did you just send a generic pre written response? I clearly stated there is absolutely not a ban on my account. I can play the game on my Xbox just fine. When I try to play on my brand new PC your game is telling me this issue. It’s not a ban it’s an issue on your end.

• Whether the other platform still works normally - Yes. Xbox and thru Steam works perfect.

  I can't believe a multi billion company has these isues. Please fix it ASAP.

Hi there

I have played REDSEC on steam and after that bought BF6 Standard edition DLC on steam. After buying that and open on steam again the exact same error showed up. I’m not sure if that error is related or not but during that time I was playing on GeForce Now. 

Has this problem been solved? I can play on my Xbox just fine, but cannot play on PC due to account restricted error

i originally registered on steam, but i didn't work, and then i could play redsec in EA app

now it shows in EA. but i just today bought the game in steam.

steam also doesn't work

first time. when i tried to play redsec for the first time in steam, and then. when i bought the game in steam.

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, purchased Battlefield 6, Battlepass, and downloaded Redsec all on xbox.  Got a PC, signed into xbox app first then went to link accounts on the EA app and am now getting that exact error message on my PC.  Issue started on Monday, 11/ 24.
