Hello! Same here. Saw the message ingame inbox that they will refund the coins. Since 1 March i chat with 3 agents, can't help and closed the chat....on the forums there are lot of people with this problem and no communication.

Penguin also didn't receive the rewards from BF pro Bonus path season 1.
Frostfire Bonus Pro Path
Despite to having had BF pro during whole Season 1 as well as Season 2.
Penguin been asked to be patient and wait & third month waiting is proof of patience being necessary! 😀
Over here BF6 being played on PC(Steam)
As we been asked to have patience about this, case will remain open with patience at Penguin desk until solved👉🖥️
3rd month now without a solution ⏰

Penguin is a big fan of Battlefield 6, and for reference Penguin's in-game store is completely empty because Penguin genuinely enjoys supporting the game and the content you create.
Because of that, being left out regarding the BF Pro Rewards issue is quite saddening. Penguin hopes someone from the team can understand how frustrating this situation feels for players who genuinely support the game.
Penguin belongs to the group of players who completed the challenges before the first update.Later, the game team added a 30 Headshot Challenge that was supposed to grant 85 Bonus Path Points so players could complete the Bonus Path. However, for Penguin this challenge was already marked as completed immediately, meaning no Bonus Path points were awarded.
At that point Penguin considered simply unlocking the remaining rewards using Battlefield Coins. The content itself is what matters most to Penguin. However, Penguin assumed a fix would arrive soon because the situation was clearly unfair.
EA support workers also told a Fix will arrive sometime soon, currently 3 months later.
Later the team attempted a backend fix, where eligible players would receive the rewards via in-game mail. Many players received their rewards successfully, including some players who apparently did not even own the BF Pro pass.

Penguin who did own the BF Pro pass and was eligible, unfortunately receieved nothing.
This makes the situation even more confusing and unfair, because players without the pass were granted the content while some eligible players, including Penguin were not.
Penguin truly enjoys the game and hopes the team can investigate this case so affected players receive the rewards they earned.

I was told by support somebody would fix my issue manually but it has been two weeks since I contacted support and there has been no fix.
Ironically I have now spent more time with EA Support than I spent on completing all challenges in that week.
I am not even sure if this kind of Battlepass is legal if the fulfillment of the contract is based on the willingness of the supplier to grant you items or not.

here is a conversation with EA advisor about our rewards.
me:there are people in EA forums with the same issue
advisor:Let me check that the queue for the bonus points are still active or not.
advisor: I am sorry but the queue is not active.
me: because that was in season 1 it doesnt matter now if i take the points. somehow someone from the studio have to grand me the rewards
advisor: i can understand that but the studio have been granted the compensation to the affected players already.
me: but i am telling you that i didnt received them!
me: i can prove it
advisor: Now the logs are not available and the season 1 is ended so i am sorry but i am unable to escalate the case from my end there is no valid reason because i am not able to investigate the logs because the data reset after the 90 days of the account and the in game date is reset on the 30 days.
me: so now what? i pay for this content
advisor:I am sorry but the season 1 is finished and we are not able to validate the claim so we are sorry for the inconvenience

and he left. what the f.. is this? what support is this??? we are begging for rewards that we pay for?!!! can someone read this and forward to someone so oneday get those!!! 4 studios working to make this game and this game is full of bugs!!!

Item weren't delivered to me in season 2 steel talons after I earned them went right woodland rangers which I have completed and wmats me to pay for items when I purchase season 2 battle pass

they dont bother anymore. We lost our money! Tottaly scam! they dont listen anyone and they dont doing anything to resolve! 4 studios for 1 game! and this is the support experience we get! To lose our money! Maybe they slould fire more people and hire people that they are doing their job correctly and not because they are bored!

Thanks for sharing your support response about this important issue.
Battlefield 6 having fair distribution as intended = very importantPenguin notice they tend to give 2 different answers and the one you provided is one of them.
Currently, Penguin is waiting for a little bit after having contacted EA support not many days ago regarding this matter.
Will wait a little bit and see if there will be a solution or not before proceeding with further next steps regarding this topic.
Penguin has Ignition skin from BF6 Pro Season 1 pass, which necessarily follows that BF pro was paid for during Season 1.And still missing the rewards from BF6 pro Season 1 Bonus path, this is in contradiction to the claim where EA support says every eligible players has been granted the rewards:
As a big fan of BF6, Penguin pretty much buy everything there is for BF6 in order to collect, and to be left out with Objective Ace skin for example is genuinely saddening, it's not without a reason Penguin invest time in this case because it truly matters as a fan of the game 😥 Really hoping for a solution sometime soon.
Currently having BF6 Season 2 Pro Pass, just like Season 1 Pro Pass.
