i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?

Playing on steam pc i get unknown error and fake queue over and over and over. If i launch redsec on Ea app says my account is restricted?? no details. My friends account works perfectly fine on my computer no issues. How?? why??? Any fix?? lots of hours before this issue with no issues at all.
I have been having some account issues, I can no longer contact EA support as they magically no longer deal with any of my issues despite having done so in the past. But every time I boot up bf6 it states my account is restricted and I cannot access online features. I have 0 penalties so I don't know why it won't work and they seem reluctant to interact or deal with me in any way.
Yep been dealing with that since yesterday 11/7. They haven't commented and a lot of people having issues. its BS
They've now stopped me from raising tickets. A simple social media post would suffice just to let players know what is happening, I have also been dealing with it since yesterday. They keep asking for us to be patient but basically tell us to **bleep** off instead
EA support has been ignoring everyone trying to contact them about it and the community managers on the forum don't care

Wish i was surprised. I like how it happens on double xp weekend and we wont get anything to make up for it.
I also have the battle pass and I'll loose time trying to earn xp for it
