Tried LAN, Wi-fi and mobile hotspot same errors occur? I play battlefield 2042 no problems.
I don't see why that would make a difference surely putting it on a mobile hotspot would increase the chances of getting banned because I'm logging on from a different IP to what I normally do?
This is definatly something on EA's end I have no problems with any other games?

Are you playing through Steam or the EA App? If you're on Steam, is your Steam ID different than your EA ID? If so, you could try renaming your Steam ID so it matches the EA ID. I've heard of others with a similar issue.

Same problem with the EA app, PS5 and steam work fine, no issues with my account per support. EA app refuses to connect for the same crap reason affecting others.

I talked to someone at technical support and apparently it's a bug they're currently working on a fix there is no estimated time so that probably means we're not going to get it anytime soon

I'm having the same issue. Have the full game on PS5, just downloaded RedSec through the EA App on my PC and I'm getting that account restricted message.

Well then this issue is completely botched bro. I had the issue on pc steam trying to play redsec and when I uninstalled and played on ea launcher it allowed me to download shaders and get passed the prompt at main menus saying I was banned. Thought it had something to do with steam only downloading redsec and not bf6 but idk bro

stop spamming that same copy pasted message. its 100% not true. I even checked my history and says i have no history of ban and was even told by EA that its a known issue.

Same issue here been told to wait and been waiting for nearly a week now. They acknowledged that it is their fault and a bug but no idea when will get rectified. I did every fresh install changed PP etc on fresh PC still come up with error message. Support is useless you only get the same copy and paste replies and end up going round in circles. Has anyone tried buying the game on the EA app to see if that works?
