Me as well I am level 53 on ps5 but got a new gamming pc with my steam and psn account linked through the EA app and I'm left in the dark. I've started 5 cases and had it escalated to an account manager and still nothing.

I'm getting this error as well and it seems there are multiple others posts about this in the forums. I contacted support and they said they are working on a fix but had no ETA.
I downloaded it via the EA App and it was working fine then just started happening after I decided to install it on my xbox as well

Cant access BF6 from my PC but I dont have any problems playing from my PS5.

I took a chance and delete the game from the EA launcher, crossed my fingers and installed REDSEC from steam. logged in with my EA account and it works. Silly that a 3rd party launcher works(steam), but EA's own system won't. I was concerned it would kill my account on the xbox but it still works. Not Ideal, no coms from EA unless I contact them.."yes sir we are aware of the issue and working on it".
So my conclusion is:
The EA app cannot reconcile an EA account owning the full version on one platform while attempting to access the Free-to-Play RECSEC on the PC via the EA APP

Hello,
I’m receiving the Battlefield 6 “ACCOUNT RESTRICTED” message only on PC when launching the game.My PS5 version works perfectly, and Customer Support confirmed this is not a ban.
They identified a merging / authorization sync issue with my account and escalated my case to the Account Specialist team.Details:
Platform: PC (EA App)
PS5 works with no issues
Issue active for 6 days
Verified not banned by TOS
EA Support confirmed an account merging issue
Case already escalated to the specialist team
Screenshot attached if neededSupport asked me to post here to help engineering track and prioritize this issue.

Have you found anything to help its been 2 an a half weeks a still cant play on my pc. But my ps5 game is working fine

EA dosent care. I have had crashing issue with the game and confirmed through multiple systems. Many more as well have been reporting it with me. Instead we just get more skins in the shop, no fix. Shows what they care about. Get a refund
