Download Redsec on steam instead of EA app.

I figured it out. Download Redsec on Steam! Not the EA launcher. That's what worked for me. Idk why I downloaded Redsec on EA app but I deleted it and used steam and it worked. You know it works when you are booting up Redsec and you see all your achievements showing up in the corner of the screen. This should work if you truly dont have a ban.

Yeah I'm still having the same problem here, been more than a week now, everytime I contact them, they tell me theyre investigating the issue, and that it will be fixed ASAP, well I can tell you it's not that fast lol.
I really hope it gets fixed soon as I'm tired of checking everyday just to get the same ugly message over and over again.

Hi there. If your account was banned, you'll need to submit a dispute. ToS will investigate your account to see if the ban was given in error. You can find instructions for this in the article here. Thanks!

same.
I have the full version of Battlefield 6 on Xbox. When I try to play the free-to-play version, Red Sec, on my PC, I get an account error. Every other game in my EA app works fine.
I participated in the beta on both Xbox and PC. I suspect this is a licensing issue with EA accounts—the system seems unable to recognize that a free-to-play version should be available, and it errors out with 1:86001s:51009s:-17636452900:4128769q when trying to access free content on an account that already has linked paid Battlefield 6 content.
