Hey stumbled across your post as I myself am also experiencing this /after/ they released the BR mode. Did you find a workaround/fix for the issue?

I guess DarthFDG also stated upping memory timings, which as fun as that sounds, I'm planning on keeping everything as stock as possible.

MOBO bios is up to date.
