Hi baiye748
Sorry to hear you’ve been stuck with this for so long.
You’ve already covered a lot of the usual basics, so a few other things may still be worth trying if you haven’t already:
- Fully reinstall or repair EA Javelin AntiCheat
- Launch the game from the platform client itself rather than directly from the game folder
- Clear the EA app cache
These pages may be useful:
If you’ve already tried the anti-cheat reinstall as well, please feel free to share your CPU, GPU, Windows version, and whether you see anything else in the game logs. That may help narrow it down a bit further.
Thanks for taking the time to list everything you’ve already tried.
Thank you for your reply. In fact, I have tried almost every method: I updated the graphics driver and Windows version, reinstalled the anti-cheat program, modified the virtual memory, and excluded possible conflicting software. All this happened after the last update — my computer suddenly couldn't enter the game. My Battlefield 1 can still launch normally, and perhaps Battlefield 4, 5, 2042, etc. can also launch normally. I found these logs, along with my hardware information. I cannot solve these problems on my own.
