BATTLEFIELD 6 CRASHING XBOX SERIES X

It still happens even with a brand new series X huh? Good thing i didn't just waste a bunch of time and money trying the same its **bleep**ed cuz mine does the same thing but my homies dont have an issue..... it just happened to me with Arc Raiders too. Played other games and it doesnt do it though.....looks like i wasted my money too cuz i requested a refund and they denied me..ill never buy an EA title again if this doesnt get fixed.....its still happening on all platforms.....

I only bought the xbox because College football 25 was coming out and I was excited to play it, instead I though it was my internet and since have switch to multiple different internet providers and, I still cant play college football 25( I wont buy the new one now) and battlefield 2042 and now the new battlefield I've been reporting the issue for awhile now and have gotten nowhere and seems like paying $20 a month possibly $30 is a absolute waste of money..... I have yet to be able to play a full game of battlefield since Ive gotten the xbox and id be lucky to play a full college football game.  My buddies have either the xbox series x or s and they have 0 issues.

IM playing the Pc version but I cant even log into a server - just says servers not available message every time I try - for about the last 30 minutes as well ...

Same issue here - PLEASE EA acknowledge the issue.

Same thing happens to me.  We all got ripped off and they don’t even reply or acknowledge the problem

I have the same, persistent issue. i have an xbox series x. the game freezes mid game and resets to home screen. i have reset my console, cleared cache, uninstalled all the hd versions and reinstalled standard instead, changed the pc desktop resolution to 24 hz the lowest it offers. i took it to a pc shop and they replaced the heat chip. still crashes. any ideas? please help ea

What pisses me off is that they don’t **bleep** give a **bleep**. Mine is crashing non stop

I too have the same issue, though i get some games. I've had days where's it's fine and days where it's most games. I had the same problem with 2042 series x version and found an alternative way of playing it. I played the Xbox One version on my series x with no problems.

I was hoping cross-play 'off' was going to help, still no. I have to physically go over to the Xbox to turn it back on and remove the battery from the controller to turn that off so it reconnects. I refuse to believe it's a hardware issue. 

I have tried reporting the issue but the submit button isn't responding on the troubleshooting page.

Considering buying a Series S (2024-25 model) just to play. just not sure if I'll be wasting money if it does the same

Just a heads up for those with Series X issues.  After some extensive tearing apart of my console there is actually a chip on the board that deals with graphics that overheats and shuts down the Series X.  CoD isn't that demanding on it so it won't shut down as often as it does on anything that is incredibly taxing on the GPU of the Series X.  Microsoft refuses to acknowledge that they sent out bad batches of this component on the Series X.  I had to take mine to a local guy after to get the issue fixed.  My "extended warranty" that I payed for they continuously told me they couldn't find anything wrong and it was the game.  I'll never invest in that scam again.
