Hello.
Battlefield crashes after Season 2 update when attempting to change weapons. Simply, when the map is loaded, everying is allright until I press "X" or click on the gun to change weapon, then it freezes the screen and after a few seconds it crashes with Direct 3d.
Secondly, I noticed drops in fps. For like map Eastwood, earlier it was like 100 fps+. Now it is below 60 fps.
My gpu is rtx 3070TI, CPU Intel I9 12900k 12th GEN.
Nevermind, I fixed my problem by Disbaling: Dynamic Scale in Advanced graphics.
Although fps continues to drop since the new update.
Can confirm I experienced the same thing. I was having performance issues with season 2 in particular, so I tried enabling dynamic resolution. In-game, everything seems to work fine. Getting around 70-100 FPS, and no stutters from the scaling. But yeah, crashes to desktop (CTD) following editing my weapon or character skin with the following error message:
GPU: AMD Ryzen 9700 XT
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
