Battlefield 6 EA login broken

Question

Please help.I’m trying to get on Battlefield 6 for the first time. On the main menu it tells me my account has been locked due to inactivity and to reset my password. I’ve done it 3 times, cleared my cache on my phone and ps5 and have tried signing in to ea using my PS5 credentials and nothing has worked to link it properly.&nbsp;I tried getting in touch with ea support but the ai sends me to self-help forums that don’t have the answer

Hi Ageifngneo​,
Since this seems to be an account issue, you would be best talking to EA Help, since only they can access your account to investigate or make changes. If you can't get past the bot, try using https://help.ea.com/customer-care , instead.
The only thing I can think other than contacting EA Help, is to check that the account on your PS5 is the same as the one you've been locked out of.&nbsp;
