Go ahead and report me or ban me for what I write. The latest update has players with over 300 ms ping turning into immortals. My experience has dropped by 90%: lag, shots that don’t register, delays in player actions, and slowdowns. Plus, a lot of weapons have been nerfed in favor of others. I play in Europe, and EA knows exactly what's happening. So why aren't you doing anything? Because my money doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that I gave it to you.
Mate I've been playing since BF2 modern combat, 21 years, this netcode insult has been happening since bf3, for 16 years, they even stated pre launch of that game the suppression system and cover system and gun mechanics were going to be added to quote "stop running and gunning"
It only gets worse once it starts happening to you, it will make you into a much better player for that 1% of the time it actually lets you play, but it's not good enough, my experience matters as much as the noobs.
That's my opinion on this matter and I will die on that hill, 16 years of bad Netcode and it's never been fixed, despite all the claimed updates that address the matter, the updates only make it worse, you've to learn the game once then they mess around with updates and the broken experience you just started getting used to, is pulled out from underneath you, and you're forced to go through it all again.
Noobs are protected, and since forever one side has always had an advantage over the other, which explains why good players just walk all over you when you're in a bad sever, and the few times it works for you, you will find yourself walking through legends and their squad like they were nothing, I kid you not.
