Game freezes on death/deploy screen when AMD FSR Upscaling is enabled

Question

Every time I die during a match, the game completely freezes on the death/spawn screen. The game freezes for 3-5 seconds.

After doing some testing, this issue is directly tied to the AMD FSR Upscaling Technique setting. When FSR is turned off, the game runs perfectly fine and I can die/respawn without any freezing.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
RAM: 32GB
OS: Windows 11 (all drivers are fully updated)

I have same setup and also experienced this as many others. There is a lot of posts in this forum, for example

Maybe it was luck or random thing but after updating drivers and deleting shader cache freezes stopped. Not sure if this was a reason but now spawn screen works smoothly.

Set the FSR setting to Balanced if you're on Quality. It doesn't happen to me that often anymore.
