Battlefield 6 on PS 5 version 1.000.028

On Battlefield 6 on PlayStation 5 version 1.000.028 after going through the menus ie. Battle Pass, Challenges, Store, etc… via L1/R1 and when going back to the Play options, the options no longer appear.
Have to restart the game, not sure if any one else has experienced this, seems to have only happened since the last update.
