battlefield 6 phantom edition not found

hi all

I'm reaching here because EA help can't find any solution and they keep pasting the same instruction

i bought the battlefield 6 phantom edition (preordered ) and can't be found only 

only see the standard edition installed  remove everything and download again with no luck
