battlefield 6 Ping is too high issues

Hello i purchased BF6 and played it for few weeks and every thing was good 
no performance or ping issue 
until the last big update when the game removed the Bots 

it seems that since there is no Bots now the game tries to connect you to a server with alot of players ignoring where is this server located ( so you don't wait alot in the lobby)

since the update each conquest match is literally unplayable 
the ping is 100+ 
you cant move or shoot without lagging 
its literally unplayable 

i have Fiber optic Lan connection with 500MB\S that has never caused any issue in whatever other game 

i tried the community and browse low ping servers and it worked fine 
but the issue is that those servers is always weird like 10hp or hardcore ...etc

so 
1- is there a way to force the game to only use Europe servers for example for your games? 
2- is there any ongoing fixes from the dev side to handle this in future ? 
3- is there any turn around that i can use right now to fix this issue without using browse servers ?
