Battlefield 6 PSN “Unknown Error” — anyone actually gotten help from EA?

I keep getting this UNKNOWN ERROR message on Battlefield 6 (PSN) every time I try to play. The full thing says:

> UNKNOWN ERROR

An unknown error occurred.

Error Code: 1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:10738073600

I’ve seen other people mention this same issue, so I know I’m not the only one dealing with it — but has anyone actually gotten anywhere with EA support on this.

I already put in a ticket a while ago and haven’t heard anything back. Tried all the usual stuff (restart, reinstall, reset router, etc.), but no change. It’s ridiculous that such a big issue just gets labeled as “unknown” with zero explanation or fix.

Would really appreciate any update from EA or someone who’s managed to get past this.
