Battlefield 6 Tanking Router Speeds

When running Battlefield 6 I've found it absolutely crushes my internet connection, not just on this PC, but the router itself drops speeds by more than 90%. It has taken some troubleshooting through my ISP, but it's clear at this point that Battlefield 6 is the common denominator. My connection drops from 2000+ mbps to maybe 100-500 mbps that has massively inconsistent connection. 

In the attached image you can see my connection at about 8pm, then started up BF6 around 8:30pm and how my connection was affected. 

Anyone else have similar issues?
