BattleField 6 was removed from my account

Good Day. I got on the EA App to redownload BF 6 to start playing it again when I saw that I no longer owned the game. Why is that. I got through the Intel game promotion where I got the game from buying an Intel product. And now I have to rebuy it. Can I get some help EA?

There isn't much we can do to help with this kind of problem here, as nobody can access game accounts to investigate missing content. However, if you open a case at help.ea.com, EA Help should be able to assist.

They did not help! This is not Solved! I told them and showed them that I got the game legally through Intel. They told me to talk to Intel about it. Like what!? Intel didn't make the game or own it! They can't do anything about it! THIS IS B.S.! I owned the game since launch. I played it and streamed it. I will never recommend the game or this company ever!

I just logged in today after playing yesterday and got the 'game has been removed from your account' with no email, no details, no explanation. I click the 'see details' and nothing happens. I bought it outright on the EA launcher. What the hell??

EA? Explain?
