Battlefield 6, yet again I have to chase you.....

I was one of the players who even took free the day from work during Battlefield 6 release. Prepared everything, all of my friends played it on Steam. I was the only one on EA app of my friends and I had to wait for 7 hours before you fixed the problem. Disappointed again, I did follow you're updates on X "twitter" and it was written that all the players experienced issue with that should receive many XP boost. But why do I again, yet one more time have to reach out to you about that. Why didn't I receive that too?
