battlefield coin 6

Hi everyone. On January 3rd, I received a message offering to purchase the new Battle Pass (or something similar). I topped up 1100 BFC, but the coins were deducted even though I already owned Season 1.

Support cannot explain where the coins went and is unable to return them. So basically, the currency was removed from my account for an unknown reason.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what could have happened? Any advice would be appreciated.
