Battlefield Labs Playtest Dog Tag Not Received

I participated in multiple Battlefield Labs playtests and have confirmed multiple times that my PSN account is correctly linked to my EA account (the exact same EA email and ID used for registration and playing Battlefield 6). I have checked myaccount.ea.com and everything matches perfectly

However, I still have not received the Labs Playtest Dog Tag reward. My previous support ticket was closed with the reason “No Available Fix,” but this is a known community-wide issue

Please manually review my playtest participation records and grant the Labs Playtest Dog Tag to my account.
