Please run System File Checker from a command prompt with Admin privileges:
- Press the Windows Key on your keyboard, type "cmd", right-click the "Command Prompt" application from the search results, and select "Run as administrator".
- When the Windows User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears asking for permission to make changes to your device, click "Yes".
- Type or paste the following command into the black Command Prompt window and press Enter:
sfc /scannow - Keep the Command Prompt window open until the scan completes and displays the final verification summary message.
- If the scan reports that it found and successfully repaired corrupt files, restart your PC to allow Windows to finalize the replaced files in locked memory.
If the problem continues after that, please generate a Dxdiag report and post the file here. We can use the info in that file to troubleshoot further.
Thank you, EA_Barry.

Hello EA_Barry,
I completed the SFC scan as requested.
Result: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
I also checked my DxDiag report and found the following:
- Multiple LiveKernelEvent 141 entries.
- A BEX64 crash involving EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, with exception code 0xC0000409.
- Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling is enabled.
The system still experiences VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (0x116) crashes when playing Battlefield REDSEC, including with NVIDIA drivers 621.01 and 617.42.
Other games run normally.
I've attached my DxDiag report. Could you please check whether the EA AntiCheat error or the graphics timeout events could be related to the crashes?
Thank you for your assistance.
