Audio crackling, Bad sound on PS5

Hello Support Team,

I have been experiencing this issue since Season 2, and I am definitely not the only one. The forums and Reddit are full of reports from players experiencing the same problem.

The audio on PS5 is completely broken. So far, I have managed to put up with it, but since the release of Season 5, the game has unfortunately become unplayable.

The audio keeps cutting out, producing static and crackling noises, especially when a lot is happening in the game, such as explosions, gunfire, and other intense combat situations.

Please help the community resolve this issue. As mentioned, this problem has been ongoing for months, despite multiple audio improvements and updates being released for consoles.

We would really appreciate it if you could finally investigate this issue and provide a permanent fix.
