Is anyone having issues being able to play battlefield six since last update? I keep getting an identity verification code. It says it wants to send me a verification code through email. But the email they have is not my email. Is anyone having the same issue and how may it be resolved?

It'd be best to update the email address on your account, so you can get the verification codes and for general account security. The guide below should give you the steps to try yourself, but if you run into any problems, there's a "Contact Us" button at the bottom to put you in touch with EA Help.

I should mention that you might need to actually speak to EA Help as the self-service option will involve sending a security code. However, you might be able to select a different option for it, such as SMS.
