Battlefield support incendiary challenge

Last challenge to do... i need to do 2k dmg with the incendiary airburst launcher. Im stuck at 320 and since then ive killed people with it and putted a lot of dmg but it doesnt seem to register and its getting annoying. Is there any chance to fix it or know if its a common issue please ?
