Below Radar height threshold is broken for Jets and Helis in Season 3

A major balance issue introduced, or significantly worsened, in the Season 3 update regarding the “Below Radar” mechanic.

The issue:
The altitude threshold for “Below Radar” is currently far too high. This is no longer just affecting helicopters. Jets are now able to fly at relatively safe altitudes while maintaining near-permanent immunity to all ground-to-air lock-ons.

The exploit:
Pilots are effectively using this as a “get out of jail free” mechanic. Even after a missile has been fired, they can simply dip slightly toward the ground to instantly break the lock and avoid the incoming rocket. Because the threshold is so forgiving, they are not forced to fly low enough to meaningfully risk terrain, trees, or other obstacles.

As a result, Jets and Helicopters can become effectively untouchable to infantry Engineers, leaving little to no counter-play.

Requested change:
Please significantly lower the altitude required and/or create a timer to trigger “Below Radar.” It should function as a high-risk, skill-based maneuver that requires pilots to genuinely hug the terrain, not as a passive immunity buff that allows aircraft to farm infantry from relatively safe altitudes.
