Re: I didn't receive my rewards after purchasing the Battle Pass

I bought a Battlefield 6 Pro Pass on the EA website today, but the game shows it as locked. The EA platform is already linked to the Steam platform. I'd like to ask if this is a bug and how to solve this type of problem. Thank you for your reply.
