BF Labs - Invited but no way to join...

Sorry to hear you received the Battlefield Labs playtest invite but can’t find the playtest in the EA app.

Since you’ve already received an invitation, please first make sure you’re signed into the same EA Account that received the Playtesting invite. Battlefield Labs access is tied to the invited EA Account, so being signed into a different account can prevent the playtest from appearing.

You can also try:

• Fully signing out of the EA app and signing back in.
• Restarting the EA app and your PC.
• Clearing the EA app cache through App Recovery.

If the invitation is definitely on the same EA Account but Battlefield Labs still doesn’t appear in the EA app, please let us know. Thanks for reporting this, especially since you mentioned Support has heard from other affected players as well.

Penguin was invited once many months ago, but managed to not see the e-mail in time, due to how G-mail notification system functions, that's a completely different reason, just wishing you the best friend as it's sad to miss out on such nice opportunities! ❤️
