BF Labs Battlefield workshop email never arrived

Hello there,

I got enrolled for the battlefield workshop and BF LABS play test and I got access for the play test but I never received the email from battlefield workshop for the Discord.

I had signed the NDA and filled in the required information that was asked and I checked my email and spam folder but nothing has been send from the battlefield workshop.

And considering that the play test starts soon I have made this post because I see no other way to get into contact about this issue.

Ok it works now. You need to tick the boxes on the DLC page of the game within steam (content 1 through needs to be installed, and only 4 is installed after redeeming the key)

Same problem here. Also i received a key for steam, and i own the game on the EA app. BF labs in steam says multiplayer is not installed, which makes sense because i do not own the game on steam.
