Unlinking my platform account and contacting EA
This is the craziest maze of language and a tangled web. I am sorry I subscribed to EA Play and do NOT intend on renewing the subscription in MY lifetime after this cherade. I was unable to get into my account, (if this does not confuse you as well...) , So I created a new EA Account Raydaar1, the other Account, Raydaar isthe Account that I linked to before, although, not my original account, ( if the text isnt too small or blurry for you to read, much like your websites and games...) , which is currently lost to history in your tangled maze... I have managed to navigate this labyrinth and was able to access my Account, Raydaar EA ID, to which my platform Account was linked, an Account that has been with EA since 2022, in an effort to under stand why an icon that did not represent the icon associated with my profile was appearing during matchmaking in your game Battlefield 6 I unlinked my platform Account from Raydaar and linked it to Raydaar1, with the informed decision that if I were to relink my platform Account to Raydaar I would have to wait 6 months before unlinking it again, with this limited knowledge which I had to agree to before unlinking my account for the first time, ( still following?...), I used my little brain to come to the inevitable conclusion that if i linked to Raydaar1 and it was or was not the first time I linked my platform account to it that it could not be a problem to unlink my platform account from Raydaar1 because in my limited understanding, the deadline for unlinking Rayaar1 will have most certainly have past since creating the account, so thus I agreed to your dizzying conditions and followed through with my well thought out plan. Only to discover that something must have gone awry when I went to unlink the platform account from Raydaar1 so that I could then relink aforementioned platform account to Raydaar, Lo and behold, I could not unlink my platform account from Raydaar1 only to discover that I must wait 6, thats right 6 monts before I have the right to unlink my platform account from an account that has not had a gamertag linked to it ever before. So in a nutshell i have in a manner of speaking been locked into this account , resetting my battlefield 6 progress a game which I prepaid for during the open beta event, for a total of six months a sum of knowledge to which I did not have to agree prior to unlinking Raydaar and was only privy to a day later after scouring your troubleshooting how to unlin a platform account section of your labyrinthian mess. In Conclusion I humbly request your immediate assistance to unlink my platformaccount from Raydaar1 so I can then relink it back to Raydaar.jBest Regards, Raydaar.
