EA_Pythia is this the official stance of EA on this issue?
It's great that there's still no response or even acknowledgement on the issue. My ticket has since been marked "closed." I'm going to try and fight to get a refund for my BF Pro purchase, because I'm unable to get the content that I paid for, and should have because I completed the challenges, but am now unable to because of a bug that was supposedly "fixed."

EA_Leeuw Is this issue still on the Battlefield Studios' radar?
It would be nice to at least get the acknowledgement of the developers that your fix via game message has not reached every player that was affected by this.
A lot of us here have tried to resolve this issue directly via your EA Support chat but this has lead nowhere so far.
