Correct, we all completed the S1 BF Pro Battlepass challenges before they fixed the bug and in the words of support “were skipped over” during the fix.
Three months on from “the fix” we still do not have the content.

Look at the dates of our first posts. We have been trying for months to get a hold of anyone at EA Support that can actually do something about it.

I've been trying to get support since the battlepath ended in December. 4 months later no help from support after countless support requests.

It's been almost six months. How long should we wait?
Judging by this thread there is a common theme of people buying things and not receiving them. It makes me never want to spend another dime on any piece of EA software again.

Wow, so I went to go check on the status of those who have purchased the Season 2 Battlepass and had issues getting their content, and the thread was deleted.
Yep. Bye EA. It's insane that people can pay for content, not receive it, and then are told they are not entitled to a refund.

Hello friend
Penguin also been in touch with EA support after getting to know about the recent updates on Forum about these topics.
Result:👉EA support said that the cases are being investigated again, but couldn't give any specific timeline for this at the moment.
In Penguin understanding this translates into more waiting, which is pretty sub-optimal in the current point of time, considering the wait time has been as a demonstrable fact longer than 5 months with no solution at this point.
